OPPOSE the deceptive "Right to Contraception Act"
This legislation could represent a federal overreach into the state's capacity to safeguard the rights of women, children, and constitutional freedoms.

"This bill opens the door to lawsuits against medical professionals, pregnancy care centers, and even teachers for their speech, pro-life advocacy, or conscience-based decisions." Kristen Waggoner, Alliance Defending Freedom

The bill’s definition of CONTRACEPTION is extremely broad:

The term “contraception” means an action taken to prevent pregnancy, including the use of contraceptives or fertility-awareness-based methods and sterilization procedures. (*chemical castration??)

This broad definition could, and likely would, create a “right” for children to have access to puberty-blocking drugs and cross-sex hormones and potentially even so-called “gender affirming” (mutilation) surgeries.

The bill will for sure include a “right” to a chemical abortion, making these drugs available to minor children over the counter and no doubt, expanding the availability of mail order abortion drugs.
