CAI TLAC Rally Day Follow Up, Act Now!
Earlier this month, 240 community association leaders from across Texas met with more than 100 state legislators and their staff in Austin to advocate for issues that directly impact homeowner associations, condominiums, and housing cooperatives at CAI’s Texas Legislative Action Committee Rally Day! TLAC advocates spoke with lawmakers about consumer transparency, electronic voting, urban farming, and common area controls, among other topics.

Please amplify CAI’s voice and let your members of the legislature know that CAI met with them or their colleagues and offer your own voice as a resource for community association questions.

Take a moment to let legislators in Austin know you support the community association housing model.

Even if you were unable to attend, you still have the opportunity to advocate for the industry. We hope you can join us at future advocacy events.

Please contact us at government@caionline.org with any questions. You can see all legislation TLAC is tracking, and the status of each bill, online at https://www.caionline.org/advocacy/texas-legislative-resources/texas-legislative-issue-tracking/.
