The 119th United States Congress convenes soon to discuss important issues impacting community associations and their residents. All 50 state legislatures also are preparing to convene in the new year. In anticipation, CAI recently identified key public policy priorities for community associations in 2025.
To effectively shape CAI’s 2025 federal and state legislative agenda, the Government and Public Affairs team conducted a comprehensive survey engaging CAI members nationwide. The survey results, along with 2024 trends, help us identify our priorities.
