USDA has released a request for information on Grain-Based Desserts and High-Protein Yogurt crediting in Child Nutrition Programs.

Based on feedback from our members and extensive research, NCA has developed model comments to help you provide a response to USDA.

How to Make Your Comments  

With just 3 simple steps, your comments will be submitted directly to USDA!  

1. Model comments will be automatically populated for you in the message body.
2. Customize your comments by including any challenges you face in identifying grain-based desserts and provide any additional feedback you have.  
3. Enter your information, press “Send Message” and your comment will be submitted. 

If you would like to submit your comments as an attachment, you can do so at Regulations.gov. This may be helpful for organizations wishing to submit a comment that exceeds 5,000 characters.
