US Take Action: Kennedy’s Confirmation is Far from Certain
Despite the wishful thinking of many of his supporters, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s confirmation as Secretary of Health and Humans Services is far from certain. President-elect Trump has already had to withdraw several of his nominees, and Kennedy faces opposition from extremely powerful industries as well as forces on both the left and the right.

Kennedy advocates a death sentence for business as usual in Washington for the drug, vaccine, food and agriculture industries. Resistance to his nomination will be intense, and money to stop him will be unlimited.

It is time to put the euphoria away and take action to make sure your US Senators vote to confirm Kennedy as Secretary of Health and Human Services.

Take Action

Use the panel on the right to send messages to the two United States Senators from your state asking them to support Kennedy’s nomination.

Please call their offices and let them know that you want Kennedy confirmed. You can look up who your Senators are and their contact information here:

https://www.senate.gov/senators/senators-contact.htm

Please write each Senator a brief old-fashioned snail mail letter supporting Kennedy’s nomination, and please comment on their social media.

President-elect Donald Trump’s nominees are already falling. Attorney General nominee, former Rep. Matt Gaetz, has gone down in flames. Pete Hegseth, Trump’s nominee for Secretary of Defense, is in deep trouble and the corporate media is speculating that his name may be withdrawn from consideration today. Florida Governor Ron De Santis’s name has already been floated as a potential replacement.

Yesterday, President-elect Donald Trump’s nominee to oversee the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Republican Florida Sheriff Chad Chronister, announced that he will withdraw his name following online backlash. Chronister was widely criticized for his arrest of a minister who refused to end church services during COVID.

Other Trump nominees are clearly targeted, including Tulsi Gabbard for Director of National Intelligence and Kash Patel as Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Kennedy’s nomination was a huge step forward for him, and the movement he serves as its most visible leader. It also marked the emergence of the health freedom movement as a voting bloc big enough to decide the outcome of presidential elections. When Kennedy withdrew from the presidential race, he was polling between 5% to 9%. Polls also showed that he brought about two-thirds of those votes with him when he embraced Trump. Kamala Harris and the Democrats' decision to reject Kennedy and health freedom issues in favor of the corrupt corporate status quo cost them the election.

We have the possibility for transformative reform with Kennedy as Secretary of Health and Human Services. Let’s seize this opportunity 20+ years in the making and do whatever is necessary to see that Kennedy gets confirmed.
