This program costs hundreds of millions of dollars initially with the cost increasing annually and is designed to impact every single student in the state of Tennessee. Dr. Brenda Murphy interviews Kelli O’Conner and Dr. Eric Potter as they evaluate the bill and its impact. Dr. Murphy is the President of Sail Away Academy and an expert in testing children who have learning disabilities with a focus on designing pathways of education that match the child’s learning modalities and abilities. Kelli O’Conner is an avid student of the policies and the officials implementing those policies in Sevier County, the Knoxville region, in the State of Tennessee, and at the national level. Her insightful analysis and opinions increase her popularity. Dr. Eric Potter’s medical practice has reached back over a hundred years to functional medicine. He analyzes clinically and with modern testing identifying the complex causes of health maladies. He then suggests effective solutions to assist people in functioning better.
