Thank you for trying to help on this issue. Unfortunately, the Florida House Infrastructure Committee approved HB 437 and the bill will move forward. BoatU.S. is continuing to engage with Florida Legislators to address their concerns with derelict vessels while still protecting anchoring options for responsible cruising boaters.
