One of the most obscene aspects of the COVID debacle was the casual way the President, governors, mayors, bureaucrats, employers, school administrators and others were empowered to order people to put a new, untested, unknown, experimental product into their bodies with severe penalties for anyone who refused to comply.

The obscenity is compounded by the complete liability protection extended by federal law to vaccine manufacturers and people who inject others with vaccines.  

Use the panel to the right to send messages to your representatives in Congress, telling them that you want an end to mandatory vaccines, and you want your Seventh Amendment right to go to court if you are injured by a vaccine restored. . 

If you are injured by a vaccine, your Seventh Amendment right to a trial by jury was erased by the National Vaccine Childhood Injury Act in 1986 for routinely administered vaccines.  COVID shots, which are legally classified as  bio-weapon countermeasures, were given a complete liability shield by the PREP Act in 2005. The best you can do is appeal for compensation through programs completely controlled by the federal government where applicants have none of the traditional rights extended by courts, such as the right to discovery or to subpoena witnesses. 

We can sue Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson or Moderna for an injury caused by one of their drug products, but you cannot sue for a vaccine injury. Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson are serial felons. Both paid billions of dollars in fines, penalties and settlements for crimes ranging from racketeering, bribing doctors, faking evidence submitted to the regulatory agencies, to killing people with products that they knew could be potentially fatal. 

US vaccine policy needs to be completely reformed. Robert F. Kennedy Jr has proposed extensive and necessary changes that must be implemented. But the changes that are most necessary, and will have the greatest reforming impact, is to take away the power of any entity to compel an individual to inject something into his or her body, or to force parents to comply with injecting substances into their children’s bodies, and to restore our Seventh Amendment right to a trial by jury of any injury. 

These changes will give the people the ability to ignore the public-health-wanna-be dictators, and restore the legal and economic mechanisms used for every other product and industry to compel responsible behavior. When force is removed, the only alternative will be to persuade people that an injection may benefit them, if they choose to do so, which is the only acceptable way in a society that believes itself to be a democracy that respects individual rights.
