R.T. and Patient Advocacy

The North Dakota Society of Radiologic Technologists successfully secured licensure for medical imaging and radiation therapy professions in 2015. Since that time, they have worked with state lawmakers to protect the profession from encroachment and have supported the North Dakota Board of Medical  Imaging and Radiation Therapy in building a stronger regulatory process.

The society works as an advocate to promote quality patient care and is committed to the radiologic technology profession, the ethical values the profession embraces, and the continued professional development needed to uphold the quality of care.
