Thank Arizona State Legislature and Governor Hobbs for continuation of Arizona Board of Technical Registration
The Arizona House of Representatives a bill, HB 2091, which included a floor amendment to reauthorize the Arizona Board of Technical Registration — the regulatory agency for architects, engineers, geologists, home inspectors, landscape architects and land surveyors—on Saturday, June 15th. The amendment extends the Board’s authorization for another 6 years and changes the Board’s authority. Governor Katie Hobbs signed HB 2091 into law June 18th. The Arizona Board of Technical Registration’s authorization will be continued until 2030.
