Urge your U.S. Representative to Support the Pharmacists Fight Back Act (HR 9096)
Access to affordable prescription medication begins and ends with access to community pharmacies!

Unfortunately, big insurance monopolies and middlemen known as pharmacy benefit managers are putting Main Street pharmacies out of business, gouging patients, deciding where you can get your prescriptions, and often covering only the most expensive drugs — forcing patients into the highest-priced programs and taking medical decisions about medications away from doctors and patients.

Now your local pharmacists are fighting back!

The Pharmacists Fight Back Act (HR9096) protects patients and consumers by putting trust back in a broken healthcare supply chain and empowering the community. This bipartisan bill now in Congress provides:

  • The strongest penalties against insurance gimmicks and the pharmacy benefits managers they own who harm patients when they break the law
  • Ends predatory practices in Medicare and other federal programs
  • Caps drug costs for patients
  • Protects patient choice of provider
  • Ensures the benefit of drug-maker discounts goes to patients, promoting choice and clarity in your drug benefits

We must protect patient access to community pharmacies, with clear comprehensive solutions promoting affordable, low-cost medications.

Tell your Representative to join Congressional Democrats and Republicans from across the nation and sponsor the bipartisan Pharmacists Fight Back Act (HR9096).
