House Bill 163 Kentucky Child Safety Legislation
We encourage you to call and email your state legislator to vote YES on House Bill 163 for child safety.

House Bill 163 requires that public schools will have at least some gender-specific bathrooms. So, for those restrooms, just as the normal policy has been when we grew up, biological boys will not be allowed in restrooms for biological girls, and vice versa.
This is important both in preserving the privacy of students and their safety.
