Facilities and Administration (F&A) costs are not excessive or wasteful expenditures. They are critical “indirect costs” that make it possible to operate a cancer center that conducts cutting-edge research. Write to your Congressional delegation to oppose the significant F&A funding reductions directed by new guidance from the National Institutes of Health.
